WE HAVE A NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS

We finally got a quorum! It was disappointing that it took so long for 32 people to cast votes so we could continue the work of both the Tenants Association and the Cooperative. I hope that in the future we can count on a better participation.

There even was difficulty in scheduling a Board Meeting, so the Board voted 5 to 0 to accept the results of only the Board election by email vote. That allowed the new Board to set a date and time for a Board meeting to accept the results of the remainder of the ballot. That meeting will be held on

Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 6:30 PM.
